Is it safe to order online at Frost NYC?
All orders on Frost NYC are secured with a SSL certificate, which guarantees safe transactions without risk of data tampering.
Are all watches you sell authentic?
Absolutely, we only sell authentic watches which come with a 5 year warranty.
Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies?
Absolutely Not! All customer information is 100% safe. We don’t sell or share any of our customers’ privileged information.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept wire transfers along with Paypal and Amazon Pay. We currently provide financing options through our partnership with Affirm.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees which include labor and raw material. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our return policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Upgrade Policy?
We offer a lifetime upgrade policy for all your watch purchases, upgrade has to be approximately 2 times the value of the original purchase.
Shipping FAQ's
How long will it take to receive my order?
At the checkout, the consumer has 3 options for delivery. Overnight, 2 day air and free 5-7 business day shipping. All orders ordered before 2pm, will be shipped the same day as long as we have the item in stock.
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship to other countries as well. All international duties are handled by the customer in their respective areas.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes, all orders can be shipped to a different address. Once an order is placed, our shipping department verifies the address and if everything is verified, we ship the package. If package is redirected to a FedEx facility or any other location other than the approved address, customer assumes liability for lost or misplaced packages.
What shipping companies do you use and do you require signature upon delivery?
We ship strictly through Fedex. Once the package is created, we email the customer a tracking number for all orders.
